但引发我感慨的是，眼前是一群学了4年法律、即将进入社会岗位的毕业生。当时，我怀着深深的悲伤和羞愧，问道：你真的毕业了吗？
你们仅为了这一点微不足道的眼前利益，就可以将法律所崇尚的秩序马上抛之脑后吗？你们就要以法律工作者的崇高身份出现在神圣的法律殿堂了，你们除了拥有法律的知识外壳外，在你们的良知中是否还具备了法律的公正精神与善良美德？在这一系列的问题中，我开始思考这样一个问题：
读书仅仅是为了掌握和运用知识，能够使一个国家和一个民族真正强大吗？试想，当知识被人的私欲肆意贩卖，我们的社会将会出现怎样的光景？也许有一个繁荣的时代，但隐藏在它下面的危机和罪恶最终会摧毁积累的财富。
八十年代初，我国开始搞改革开放和经济搞活，一部分确实先富了起来，但这一部分人中的相当一部分到九十年代中期，又有多少人真正坚实壮大起来。是什么原因导致这些人从繁荣走向衰落？是他们只善于利用机遇，而忘却了自身需要不断提高精神素质，不懂得科学的管理理念对支配巨大财富的决定作用。
同样，作为一名法律工作者，如果在他的精神领域中没有真正铸造起法律至上的价值理念，那么一切外在的法律移植，只能是换汤不换药，权大于法的封建意识仍然会在我国建立法治国家的历史进程中阴魂不散。因此，中华之崛起，不仅在国富，更在于不断强大民族的内在精神素质，财大气粗不是民强的终极，民强关键在于心强。中华民族虽历经千年风霜而终未亡国，靠的就是民族灵魂中的自强不息的精神素质。
正如梁启超所说的“国之老少无定形，而实随国民之心力以为消长者也。”国民心力的消长决定了一个国家和民族的盛衰。民族精神的力量是国家的秘密，是民族永葆青春的秘诀。

青春不同于青春。青春是人生的某一阶段，青春是人生的一种状态。少年只有一回，青春却能常存。少年气盛，而青春焕发。
