很荣幸今天我能参加这个创业演讲。大家好，我是，来自09级中小企业创业与管理班。
今天我不像是来演讲的，我貌似来作思想汇报的。因为我在任何一个方面并不比在座各位强！
首先跟大家分享一个成功的例子吧。一个关于中国阿里巴巴集团董事局主席兼雅虎中国董事长，中国IT界教父级人物马云先生的事迹。在95年偶然的一次机会马云去到了美国，然后发现了互联网。所以回来以后叫了24个他的朋友到家里，大家坐在一起，说他准备从大学里辞职，要做一个互联网。两个小时以后大家投票表决，二十三个人反对，一个人支持，因为大家觉得这个东西肯定不靠谱。别去做那个，说他电脑也不懂，而且根本不存在这么个网络。但是经过一个晚上的思考，第二天早上他决定，还是辞职，去实现我自己的梦想。在创业之初，大都不相信马云，甚至说他是个骗子。当时不太有人相信互联网，也不觉得有这么个互联网会对人类有这么大的贡献。但是马云坚信互联网将改变人类生活的方方面面。因为当时根本没人会相信马云说的话。于是，他就说，比尔盖兹说互联网将改变人类生活的方方面面。经过五六年的打拼，马云终于缔造出了庞大的阿里帝国并成为了无数创业者的偶像和模范。
听过这个故事以后我认为作为一名创业者，首先要给自己一个梦想。很多的年轻人是晚上想想走这路，早上起来走原路，晚上睡觉之前说明天我将干这个事，第二天早上仍旧走自己原来的路线。如果你不去采取行动，不给梦想一个实践的机会，那么，我确定你连机会都没有，成功就别提了。有了一个理想之后，最重要是给自己一个承诺，承诺要把这件事做好。
很多创业者都害怕这个条件不够，那个条件也没有，该怎么办。依我说创业者最重要的是创造条件。只有自己创造出来的条件才是属于你的。如果是机会都成熟的话，一定轮不到我们。所以呢，一般大家都觉得这是个好机会，大家觉得机会成熟的时候，我认为往往不是我们的机会。
你要坚信这事情能够做起来的时候，给自己一个承诺说，我准备干5年，干，20年把它干出来。我相信你这条路会走得很久。
另外，创业者的激情很重要，但是短暂的激情是没有用的，长久的激情才是有用的。在创业几年后你要问自己，你的创业激情是不是还是跟第一天一样，跟跟初恋一样富有激情。一个人的激情也没有用，很多人的激情非常有用。如果你自己很激情，但是你的团队没有激情，那一点用都没有，怎么让你的团队跟你一样充满激情面对未来面对挑战，是极其关键的事情。
最后，当没有条件的时候创造条件，只要你有梦想，有良好的团队，坚定的执行，你是能够走到成功的彼岸。
马云先生说过这么一句话，今天很残酷，明天更残酷，后天很美好，但大多数人死在明天晚上，看不到后天的太阳。
所以呢，我们必须要努力去面对，去经营好我们的今天。

更不幸的是我获悉企业各种欠款已超过500万元，债主们天天上门要钱。同时还有很多债务多次催要仍未收回。手持巨额欠款票据，我真是欲哭无泪，从小到大我都是家里的掌上明珠，过着无忧无虑地生活，如今却面临着如此巨大的打击和挫折。当时也害怕过，也想一走了之。但是，深思熟虑后，我决定再次勇敢地挑起这副重任。现实不容许哭泣，这个企业是父亲半生的心血，决不能断送在我的手中。在巨大的困难面前，我没有气馁、退缩，用最短的时间调整好心情，带着财务主管开始了艰难的讨债之路。
